Booking & Direction

booking with a breeze

Before you book...

For next day or same day bookings, please call or whatsapp us, especially if you are arriving late.

We would like to remind you that Mdumbi is a community-run business for travellers who are willing to venture off the beaten path and  experience real Africa.

Travellers should be ready to embrace gravel roads, communal facilities and rustic accommodation.

We do not advertise ourselves as a pet friendly place, however, we will allow your dogs at R20 per dog per day which is payable in cash to the groundskeeper, Jens.
Please be aware we will chase your dogs off couches and out the kitchen and office, please don’t be offended.
We have our own dogs, and the village dogs hang around the property, so in the case of anything happening to your dogs, we will not take any responsibility.

We look forward to meeting  you!

- Mdumbi Team
